Windows Service Uninstall

These instructions guide a user in uninstalling Harmonium as a service on a computer running Microsoft Windows.

Uninstall Instructions

  1. Stop the Harmonium service.
    Example
    1. Open the Services applet: click Start, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Services.
    2. Click on the service called Harmonium Music Player.
    3. Stop the service by clicking on "Stop".
  2. In Windows Explorer, go to the bin directory under the Harmonium installation directory. Uninstall the Harmonium Music Player service by double-clicking on the file called UninstallHarmonium-NT.bat in that directory.
  3. Delete the Harmonium installation directory and all files in it.
